As the business continues to scale, we are looking for a leader who can help modernize our BI development function, improve delivery execution, and strengthen the quality, consistency, and usability of analytics across the organization.</p> <p> </p> <p>As Senior Manager, BI Solution Development, you will lead an India-based team of BI developers responsible for building scalable analytics and reporting solutions for internal customers across business and product lines. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance. You will help set team direction, align work to business priorities, improve delivery quality, and guide the evolution of our data mart, dashboard, and analytics development practices.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role requires strong technical depth in addition to delivery leadership. You should be able to guide architecture discussions, raise engineering standards, coach developers on modern BI and data practices, and inspire the team to help build the next generation of business intelligence at Pure.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will partner closely with business stakeholders, BI analysts, systems teams, data teams, and shared service centers to translate complex requirements into well-governed, high-impact solutions.
