We value intellectual curiosity, proactive ownership, and collaboration with colleagues, and we empower you to meaningfully contribute from day one and accelerate your professional development.</p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Position Summary<br></strong></p> <div id="17_23477658" class="section_wrapper"> <div id="21_" class="draggable"> <div id="21__section"> <div class="profile_section"> <div id="21__section_desc" class="richTextContent section_desc"> <p>Arcesium seeks an accomplished Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure team.  All Infrastructure Engineers are coders and technology generalists who bring their unique combination of breadth and depth of experience and knowledge to the team.  As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you’re passionate about providing the foundation and capabilities to our application developers to build upon, and love to solve problems with creative multi-discipline, polyglot, and/or open-source solutions. You are able to work independently, demonstrating “high agency” in your work, but you’ll balance your independence with leveraging the team and working with outside stakeholders as needed.</p> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Engineer our Linux compute platform based on Kubernetes and AWS</li> <li>Engineer our Python and Terraform-based tools and automation</li> <li>Build infrastructure applications, write, and review code as needed</li> <li>Solve problems with a combination of coding and implementation of open source tools</li> <li>Troubleshoot and debug complex systems</li> <li>Leverage our design, coding, automation, and implementation skills to engineer what Arcesium needs, solving business and technology problems</li> </ul>
