We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for driving supplier execution and performance across the end-to-end supply chain. This role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, managing recovery actions, analyzing and improving supplier lead times and capacity, and proactively mitigating risks. The manager will own supplier performance tracking, including PPV and KPI reporting, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive accountability and continuous improvement with key suppliers. This position partners cross-functionally with procurement, planning, engineering, logistics, PMO and quality to align supply with demand.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Position: Supply Chain Manager</li> <li>Supplier End-to-End Management: Own day-to-day supplier execution performance from PO release through delivery.</li> <li>Pull-In Management: Partner with suppliers to accelerate critical material deliveries and support dynamic build schedules.</li> <li>Recovery Planning: Develop and drive recovery actions for delayed or at-risk parts to minimize production impact.</li> <li>Lead Time Analysis & Improvement: Assess supplier lead times, identify constraints, and implement reduction/improvement plans.</li> <li>Capacity Analysis: Evaluate supplier production capacity versus demand; drive action plans to close capacity gaps.</li> <li>Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Proactively identify supply chain risks (quality, delivery, capacity, logistics) and implement mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, quality, planning, engineering, EPM, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on supply priorities.</li> <li>Supplier Improvement Initiatives: Partner with suppliers to develop and implement operational enhancements to improve reliability, responsiveness, and scalability.</li> <li>Sup
