This role is a senior product leadership position responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of a global Employer of Record platform. You will own the end-to-end product experience across the entire employment lifecycle, ensuring seamless workflows that enable companies to hire, onboard, manage, and pay international talent at scale. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory complexity, and operational execution, requiring a strong systems-thinking mindset. You will lead multiple Product Managers and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams. The environment is highly cross-functional, fast-evolving, and deeply mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on clarity, scalability, and measurable outcomes.
