We don’t just build features; we build the tools and frameworks that allow dozens of other product teams to scale. This team owns the <strong>Design System</strong>, <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, and the <strong>Modularization</strong> of our Web and Mobile codebases. As the leader of this group, you will manage a team of 15-20 engineers (including tech leads and managers) to define the vision for how Verkada's software feels, performs, and scales.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Architectural Strategy:</strong> Lead the multi-quarter effort to modularize our Web (React) and Mobile (Native) codebases to support a rapidly growing engineering org.</li> <li><strong>Platform Vision:</strong> Define the future of our client-side stack, evaluating and driving adoption of new technologies (e.g., Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), advanced WebView integration, or specialized build tooling).</li> <li><strong>Manage Managers:</strong> Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 15-20, including Engineeri
