You’ll be the leader on the ground, setting the pace for your team and coaching them to greatness.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to earn a significant income through a combination of your own sales and a <strong>lucrative management commission</strong> based on your team’s performance. You will be based in <strong>Cork or Dublin </strong>, acting as the anchor for our local presence while coordinating and supporting reps across <strong>Dublin, Cork</strong> and <strong>Belfast</strong>.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead by Example:</strong> You’ll be on the front lines at shopping centres, food festivals, and dog shows, consistently hitting your own targets to show the team how it’s done.</li> <li><strong>Coaching & Development:</strong> You aren’t just a closer; you’re a coach.
