Help people get the most out of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that make their daily lives easier.</p><p>It’s a role where you learn fast, solve real problems, and become a mini expert in Dyson’s technology.</p><h3><strong>You will:</strong></h3><ul><li>Handle calls, emails and messages from Danish-speaking Dyson customers</li><li>Guide users on how to get the best out of their Dyson products</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience</li><li>Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements</li><li>Recommend products based on customer needs</li><li>Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported</li></ul>
