The Role We are now looking for an engineer who wants to join our journey. What We're Looking For Around 3+ years of relevant professional experience within engineering, R&D, or a related technical field Master’s degree in engineering or science, for example in physics, nanotechnology, applied mathematics, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable discipline Understanding of optical systems, including lenses, image sensors, and related imaging components Hands-on experience working in an imaging or optics laboratory environment Ability to work in cross-functional technical teams and communicate technical findings clearly Excellent communication skills in English and/or Swedish Nice to have Experience with low-level programming languages such as C and/or C++ Familiarity with Python for scripting, analysis, or prototyping Experience developing software in a Linux-based environment Knowledge of image analysis or computational imaging techniques Background in advanced mathematics, modeling, or statistical methods What We Offer Exciting and challenging assignments where you make a real difference A work environment built on transparency, trust, and openness We support you in building the career path that suits you best The opportunity to influence both your own development and Cyberway’s future A culture where innovation, people, and action go hand in hand Location For this role, we are looking for someone based in Skåne, as many of our clients and projects are located in the region.
