You'll work at a senior capacity within a high-performing team, develop strategic sourcing, leverage data for best deals, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate on new product opportunities.</p><p></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities Include: </strong></u></p><ul><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies to secure high-quality produce, optimise supply, and support business profitability </li><li>Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers based on quality, reliability, sustainability, and commercial performance </li><li>Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance reviews to strengthen strategic partnerships </li><li>Drive cost-saving initiatives and pricing strategies while maintaining quality and service standards </li><li>Collaborate with Quality, CSR, and operational teams to ensure compliance, ethical sourcing, and regulatory adherence </li><li>Lead the development and utilisation of grower profile data to improve sourcing decisions, traceability, and supplier relationships </li><li>Monitor market trends, pricing movements, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks </li><li>Establish and maintain procurement processes, protocols, and best practices across the sourcing function </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to identify new product opportunities and support innovation initiatives </li><li>Deliver procurement reporting, analytics, and business insights to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement</li></ul>
