Our capabilities include IT Talent Solutions, Data Delivery & Analytics, Cyber Security, Cloud Migration, Applications and Infrastructure, Software Development, and Finance & Accounting.</p> <p> </p></div><p>M9 Solutions is seeking a <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong><strong> </strong>to join our Corporate team in <strong>Tysons, VA.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify qualified professional technical candidates using the M9 database, job boards, social media, your network, and other resources.</li> <li>Work as a team with other recruiters to support Sales teams.</li> <li>Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about M9 and opportunities.</li> <li>Originate leads for M9 Sales teams.</li> <li>Negotiate salaries and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates and present offers (full lifecycle recruitment).</li> <li>Provide assistance to candidates throughout the onboarding process.</li> <li>Maintain regular communication with the employees that you have hired.</li> <li>Maintain activity level expectations using defined metrics and measurement systems.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and effectively with others to create a positive and productive environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in Federal IT technical staffing recruiting.</li> <li>Experience recruiting for full-time hires in one or more of the following areas: ERP/BI, Web Services, Cloud, Cyber, Mission IT.</li> <li>Experience recruiting technical candidates for both W2 hourly and salaried positions.</li> <li>Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette.</li> <li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Software systems such as Greenhouse.</li> <li>Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.</li> <li>Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to work.</li> <li>Experience using MS Office Suite: Word and Excel.</li> <li>Has a desire to learn and be capable
