Design & Brand Evolution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate directly with the Head of Design and regional Design Managers to develop an on-brand aesthetic that harmonises Numa’s Brand aesthetic and the local neighborhood vibe.</li> <li>Support our Research & Development team on brand concept updates and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) innovations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Technical & Operational Excellence</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>The Technical Gatekeeper:</strong> Review and approve construction documentation and specifications from external landlords, architects, and contractors. You ensure their work doesn't compromise our design intent.</li> <li><strong>Tender Mastery:</strong> Prepare full tender sets for the project FFE scope—including layouts, technical drawings, and specifications.</li> <li><strong>The Quality Benchmark:</strong> Partner with regional Project Managers and conduct site visits to ensure the physical product aligns perfectly with our design quality and vision.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>3.
