You will seamlessly bridge the gap between client vision and internal execution, blending top-tier client management with robust project delivery expertise to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional client experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, particularly within the fast-paced world of sports and sports culture.</span></p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead and oversee</strong> day-to-day client deliverables, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded with high operational excellence.</li> <li><strong>Drive end-to-end project management</strong>, mapping out scopes, timelines, and resource needs while managing the delivery of complex projects from inception to completion.</li> <li><strong>Act as the primary strategic liaison</strong> between senior client stakeholders and internal PMO and maker teams to ensure seamless, on-time, and on-budget delivery.</li> <li><strong>Champion the overall client experience</strong>, ensuring feedback is strategically addressed and approvals are meticulously tracked.</li> <li><strong>Navigate and resolve complex client challenges</strong> independently, proactively identifying risks to project delivery and implementing swift, strategic solutions.</li> <li><strong>Translate high-level client priorities</strong> into comprehensive, actionable briefs by leveraging a deep understanding of the breadth of Monks products and services.</li> <li><strong>Drive commercial growth</strong&
