As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we help clients tackle complex challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.</p> <h2>ROLE OVERVIEW</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We are seeking an experienced <strong>Product Owner – Payments (SEPA / RTP / ACH)</strong> to join a strategic payments transformation programme within a leading global banking environment.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">In this role, you will support the evolution of payment proposition for Real-Time Payments (RTP) and Bulk Payments, with a key focus on the Ellipse programme and the migration of SEPA payment flows to a new payment infrastructure. You will work closely with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, support delivery, and ensure successful migration of payment services and customer journeys.</p> <h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> <h3>Product Ownership & Requirements Management</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Define, document, and manage requirements related to payment flow migrations, including processing, reconciliation, reporting, statements, and advises.</li> <li>Support the migration of SEPA payment products, including RTP, Direct Debits, and Classic payment flows.</li> <li>Review and refine user stories and functional requirements with Technology teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Managers to assess customer impacts and support client communication activities.</li> <li>Ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business objectives.</li> </ul> <h3>Agile Delivery & Backlog Management</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Review, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.</li> <li>Support PI Planning activities, including scope definition and prioritization.</li> <li>Work closely with Technology teams to support delivery planning and execution.</li> <li>Contribute to decision-making regarding timelines, dependencies, and delivery priorities.</li> </ul> <h3>Stakeholder Management</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Engage business, product, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive alignment.</li> <li>Support Lead Product Owners and collaborate across multiple PODs and workstreams.</li> <li>Communicate product and process changes to relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Buil
