This role will support the development and enhancement of innovative payment solutions, working closely with product managers, technology teams, and external partners to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product requirements for credit card and payment solutions.</li> <li>Analyze business processes, customer journeys, and transaction data to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.</li> <li>Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li> <li>Support the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card products, including onboarding, authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute management.</li> <li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, operations, finance) to ensure alignment and successful delivery.</li> <li>Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Monitor KPIs and performance metrics post-launch to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the&nbsp;<strong>payments industry</strong>, with a strong focus on&nbsp;<strong>credit card products</strong>.</li> <li>Solid understanding of card scheme operations (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), issuer/acquirer models, and payment processing flows.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficienc
