You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience across web and mobile trading products.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering reliable financial technology solutions within a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute manual functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for new trading app feature</li> <li>Create and maintain clear test cases, test scenarios, and defect documentation aligned with business requirements</li> <li>Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle</li> <li>Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release activities within Agile delivery teams</li> <li>Support quality assurance best practices to improve product stability, usability, and overall customer experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience working as a Manual QA Engineer or Software Test Analyst within banking, fintech, or digital product environments</li> <li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and test documentation</li> <li>Experience testing mobile and/or web-based applications</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills with a proactive and analytical mindset</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working on trading platforms, capital markets systems, or investment applications</li
