We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West.</p></div><p>We are in search of a Relationship Manager I, II, or III to join our Credit Resolution department in Twin Falls, Idaho. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Portfolio Manager and is accountable for ensuring timely correction and collection of adversely classified loan portfolio through proactive service and management.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Compensation Information</strong></span></p> <p>The base salary range for this position in Twin Falls, Idaho is:</p> <p>Level I: <br>Typical starting range: $66,200 - $88,700<br>Full base salary range: $66,200 - $99,900<br>Annual performance-based incentive target is 12% of base.</p> <p>Level II: <br>Typical starting range: $72,600 - $97,800<br>Full base salary range: $72,600 - $125,200<br>Annual performance-based incentive target is 15% of base.</p> <p>Level III:<br>Typical starting range: $89,400 - $124,500<br>Full base salary range: $89,400 - $142,000<br>Annual performance-based incentive target is 20% of base.</p> <p>*Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible candidates who must relocate to accept this position. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Essential Duties</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Manage assigned loan portfolio, primarily consisting of adversely classified production agriculture accounts, assure timely servicing and resolution of delinquencies or defaults, and, when appropriate, upgrade and transfer accounts back to lending staff.</li> <li>Analyze and service larger loan relationships with increasing complexity and risk profile, monitor for loan performance; prepare high quality credit packages.</li> <li>Perform comprehensive financial analysis that results in sound credit recommendations that manage organization risk and provide a path to resolution of higher risk loan relationships.</li> <li>Make quality credit decisions to ensure acceptable loan administration and approve or recommend loan actions within delegated authority.</li
