This role combines strategic technical leadership and people management to operationalize security at a global scale through an automation-first philosophy. You will act independently to determine engineering methods and procedures, driving the evolution of security infrastructure from discovery through execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership in Security Architecture, Security Operations, and core Product Engineering, your mission is to embed seamless, automated security controls directly into Everpure’s core development and infrastructure workflows.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Scale and Empower Technical Talent:</strong> Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security engineering team in Prague, fostering a culture of accountability, high engineering quality, and continuous technical growth.</li> <li><strong>Drive Global Automation and Integration:</strong> Oversee the lifecycle of custom security automation frameworks, API integrations, and developer-focused tooling to eliminate operational overhead and accelerate global incident response velocities.</li> <li><strong>Harden Infrastructure and Platform Security:</strong> Partner with global Cloud and Infrastructure teams to seamlessly embed modern security controls, baseline configurations, and policy-as-code directly into CI/CD pipelines and Linux-based infrastructure workflows.</li> <li><strong>Advance Detection Engineering Fidelity:</strong> Collaborate closely with Security Operations to transform high-level telemetry, logging strategies, and log analysis into high-fidelity detection logic and automated response playbooks.</li> <li><strong>Champion Cross-Functional Strategy:</strong> Translate complex architectural strategies into practical, measurable execution roadmaps, leading through influence to optimize and consolidate Everpure's global security tooling ecosystem.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Proven Engineering Leadershi
