We’re on a mission to transform the way vehicles are traded across Europe, and we need curious and driven new colleagues to help us do it.</p> <p>As our new Software Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional team focused on the Fulfillment & FinTech domain, where we build and evolve critical post-trade services in a B2B environment. Our team owns key capabilities such as logistics orchestration, transport partner integrations, payment touchpoints, invoicing visibility, and claims handling, ensuring seamless and transparent operations after a transaction is completed. Working closely with product, operations, and external partners, you’ll help design and deliver robust, scalable solutions that connect multiple systems and stakeholders, directly impacting the efficiency and reliability of our platform for customers across Europe.</p> <p>We foster a developer-friendly culture where innovation isn’t just encouraged, it’s expected. Whether building or learning, there's always room to experiment and grow.</p> <p><strong>Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work in a dynamic and international environment with experienced and skilled colleagues</li> <li>Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using engineering best practices and design patterns.</li> <li>Drive a culture of “<em>you build it - you own it</em>” - mentality</li> <li>Identify and act on areas for your own personal development</li> <li>Mentor and coach co-workers on topics that you master.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The need-to-have skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to thrive in environments that value adaptability, shared ownership, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Experience working with .NET and C#</li> <li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, distributed systems and event-driven architecture.</li> <li>Experience with relational databases or No-SQL databases</li> <li>Good communication skills and fluency in business English (spoken and written)</li> <li>Open towards and able to quickly learn new technologies</li> <li>Ability to troublesh
