Data architect/ modeler

<p>About this vacancy</p><p><strong>Data Modelling &amp; Architecture</strong></p><ul><li>Develop <strong>conceptual, logical, and physical data models</strong> to support business and analytics needs.</li><li>Define and maintain <strong>data architecture standards</strong>, frameworks, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure consistency, integrity, and reliability across all data structures.</li><li>Translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Data governance &amp; quality</strong></p><ul><li>Define policies for <strong>data quality, metadata management, and data lineage</strong>.</li><li>Partner with governance teams to ensure compliance with internal rules and external regulations (GDPR, etc.).</li><li>Implement processes to improve <strong>data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-functional collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and product teams to understand data needs.</li><li>Act as the <strong>technical advisor</strong> for data‑related projects across the organization.</li><li>Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑friendly way.</li></ul> <p>What we expect from you</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field</li><li>5+ years in data modelling or architecture roles</li><li>Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions in Azure</li><li>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management</li><li>Fluent in Dutch or French and English</li></ul>
