We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.</p> <h4>What You'll Do</h4> <ul> <li>Participate in code reviews and architecture design meetings, incorporating AI-assisted insights and tooling</li> <li>Own and drive end-to-end features with Product and Design, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve quality</li> <li>Ensure that your code hits a high bar for quality and performance, including validating AI-generated code outputs</li> <li>Work in an AI-first environment where developer productivity is augmented through copilots, automation, and intelligent systems</li> <li>Work together with like-minded people who are passionate about our mission</li> <li>Work with the latest open source technologies and AI-enabled development platforms</li> <li>Have mentorship from experience
