We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><p>What You’ll Do&nbsp;</p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for leading and coordinating complex technical programs and projects across Archer globally, aligned to key organizational objectives.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide thought leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of impactful initiatives.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for driving best practices in program management and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Responsible for translating technical needs into clear internal action, managing expectations, and ensuring every facet of product delivery is on time and compliant.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Establish and lead the company-wide Program Management Office (PMO), including governance, processes, and operating mechanisms.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of program, project, and technical program managers.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Define enterprise program strategies, objectives, priorities, and long-range plans aligned with company goals.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for engineering development, product builds, program milestones, and production transition. Identify critical path items, resource needs, dependencies, and major program risks.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Oversee planning and execution of complex programs across hardware, software, systems integration, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across engineering, quality, test, operations, supply chain, and business teams.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial, and Finance teams to determine production planning, demand forecasting, and go-to-market strategy.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;
