In this role, you will not only support our local team but also collaborate with colleagues across Braze to drive global workplace and employee experience initiatives.</p> <p>As our Berlin office expands, we’re looking for builders - resourceful, hands-on individuals who thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where needed. This position sits within the People Team and reports to the Regional Manager, Workplace Experience - EMEA. </p> <p>Braze is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, and we need a self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, and proactively enhances the employee experience.
