By unifying all aspects of data processing into a single view, it provides a comprehensive master catalog of customer and employee data for better visibility, governance, and control.</p> <p>As a QA Team Lead, you will drive quality across this platform by combining hands-on testing with team leadership. You will ensure reliable, high-quality releases while continuously improving QA practices, working closely with engineering and product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.</p> <p><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="a5arxz" data-start="264" data-end="370">Own and drive quality across SaaS and on-prem deployments, ensuring predictable, high-quality releases</li> <li data-section-id="1wkdm82" data-start="371" data-end="461">Define and evolve QA standards, release criteria, and risk-based validation strategies</li> <li data-section-id="1us991y" data-start="462" data-end="574">Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle</li> <li data-section-id="92kirx" data-start="575" data-end="675">Lead test strategy and validation for new features, integrations, upgrades, and platform changes</li> <li data-section-id="uo45bl" data-start="676" data-end="810">Design and execute end-to-end testing (UI, APIs, workflows, data flows), including regression, exploratory, and release validation</li> <li data-section-id="18vr5w6
