Head UX Designer

Our partner is looking for a Head UX Designer based in United States.</strong></p> <p data-start="196" data-end="1128">This senior UX leadership role is focused on shaping and elevating the end-to-end user experience of a highly complex, data-rich SaaS platform used by thousands of organizations globally. It is an individual contributor role with strong influence, where you will set the standard for UX excellence without direct people management responsibilities. You will act as a craft leader, guiding design direction across challenging product areas that involve security, analytics, and workflow intelligence. The role requires translating dense, technical problem spaces into clear, intuitive, and actionable user experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to reduce complexity and improve decision-making speed for end users. Operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, you will help establish scalable design systems, mentor designers, and embed UX best practices across the organization.</p> </div>
