Manager, Process Product – Telecom

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Establish and maintain a strategic process product roadmap and framework in alignment with organizational strategy.</li><li>Lead and coach a team of seven Process Product Owners to ensure the development of their competencies and skills.</li><li>Drive the design and optimization of business processes using standardized <strong>BPMN</strong> methodology.</li><li>Support the prioritization of change requests by evaluating impacts through standardized frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with internal business owners and external delivery partners to align interests and decision-making.</li><li>Present roadmap status, risks, and outcomes to relevant governance boards and stakeholders.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>You have 5+ years of proven experience in change management and team leadership.</li><li>You possess advanced knowledge of <strong>BPMN</strong> methodologies and standardized process design tools.</li><li>You have a deep understanding of <strong>change governance frameworks</strong> and roadmap management.</li><li>You're able to maintain a strategic overview while identifying dependencies across various process products.</li><li>You bring a Master’s degree in a business or technology domain.</li><li>You have strong reporting and presentation skills for communicating with stakeholders and partners.</li><li>You possess the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and set clear boundaries.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>English</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Professional experience within the <strong>ICT</strong> or <strong>telecommunications</strong> sector.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Dutch</strong>.</li></ul>
