Powered by innovation and a deep passion for the restaurant industry, we create unique dining experiences across 11 countries.</p> <p>We’re part of the Tripadvisor Group and proud to be building a diverse, people-first culture where “respect”, “ownership”, “growth” and “better together” values thrive. <br>If you’re passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready.<br><br>👉<a href="https://www.careers.thefork.com"> Discover life at TheFork</a><br><br></p> <p><strong>What you will do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Make outbound to our current customers to present them solutions for their business to ensure they will generate significantly more revenue with TheFork month over month;</li> <li>Support, mainly through email and phone, our Restaurants customers and help them with their positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing;</li> <li>Selling, upselling and retaining products and customers;</li> <li>Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers;</li> <li>Ensure the support and training to use our tools.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your KPIs will include (but will not be limited to) and are subject to change based on business needs:</span></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Upselling and retention of products and partners on your portfolio;</li> <li>Leverage the usage of TheFork tools so restaurants are more engaged with customers and bookings;</li> <li>Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festival.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience as sales representative or account manager</li> <li>Native Portuguese and fluent English is a must</li> <li>Experience in pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash sales;</li> <li>Experience in dealing with a high number (45-50) of outbound and inbound calls and portfolios with numerous accounts (from 400 to 800).</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer orientation profile;</li> <li>Emphatic;</li> <li>Communication skills;</li> <li>Dynamic and perseverant person;</li&
