Read on.</p><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><p>We're in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with creating meaningful conversations with prospective customers.</p><p>As an SDR, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities within HR/Talent/Learning & Development leaders. You'll own the top of the funnel, identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers and booking high-quality meetings.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Leverage Sama’s AI tool to tailor outreach</li><li>Building and executing outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn </li><li>Engaging prospective customers and uncovering business challenges and opportunities</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM</li><li>Collaborating closely with team members to optimise outreach strategies and messaging</li><li>Continuously testing and refining prospecting approaches to improve conversion rates</li><li>Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets</li></ul><p></p><h3>What you'll need to succeed</h3><ul><li>Have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative or similar outbound sales role</li><li>Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline in a B2B environment</li><li>Have sold to or prospecting experience within US, Canada or UK markets</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders</li><li>Confidence in cold calling</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and activity targets</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written</li></ul><p></p><h3>What people would say about you</h3><ul><li>You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are autonomous</li><li>You are rigorous and have a sense of urgency</li><li>You are coachable</li><li>You're excited to tackle new challenges head-on</li><li>You're extremely curious</li><li>New opportunities and potential challenges excite you</li><li>You have a bias for action—you're a doer</li><li>You're resilient and motivated by achieving goals</li><li>You're open, trustworthy, and committed</li><li>You're a team player</li></ul><p></p><h3>What you'll get</h3><ul><li>€25,000-35,000 base salary + uncapped commission</li><li>Plenty of room for growth as our ambitious team grows too</li><li>Access to your professional coach via the Sama platform</li><li>Regular training and development</li></ul><p></p><h3>About Your Application</h3><p>Please submit your application in English, as it's our company language, and you'll be using it extensively if you join us.</p><p>We're on a mission to make the world a better place by providing the tools to employees and organizations to be more productive.
