Ready to Press Play on Potential?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Let’s start with the role:</strong></p> <p>As an <strong>Affiliate Executive</strong>, you will play a key role in driving Betano’s international growth by scaling and optimizing our affiliate channel and various digital marketing partnerships (including content). You will join a dynamic, fast-growing marketing team and work closely with the Performance marketing team to deliver measurable, value-focused outcomes across Germany, Denmark, and Bulgaria, with a strong emphasis on the German-speaking market. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role centered on partner acquisition, commercial optimization, digital marketing and data-led decision-making.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div><strong>As an Affiliate Executive, you will:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Actively collaborate as part of the Performance Marketing team, contributing to weekly and monthly performance reviews, planning sessions, and optimization meetings;</li> <li>Support the Affiliate &amp; the broader Performance Marketing team with reporting, content optimization initiatives, and partner activations;</li> <li>Monitor current affiliate partner performance and analyze their activity across all digital placements, including content positioning, visibility, and promotional prominence;</li> <li>Onboard and scale new affiliate and relevant partnerships through commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and performance-based agreements;</li> <li>Own and optimize affiliate performance across assigned markets, ensuring ROI-positive growth and scalable acquisition;</li> <li>Monitor market trends and industry developments within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem;</li> <li>Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, tracking KPIs such as Cost, Impressions, Clicks, CPA, Revenue, LTV, and conversion efficiency;</li> <li>Identify and analyze affiliate performance trends and deliver actionable insights, forecasts, and recommendations to stakeholders;</li> <li>Pr
