You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, engineering, operations, and client experience — driving a complex integration while ensuring reliable, seamless communication between Arcesium and its enterprise clients and their counterparties. This is a builder's role: you will be expected to get deep into the details, move fast, and take end-to-end ownership of a product that has direct and visible impact on day-to-day operations of our Managed Services team. If you thrive in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and love turning complex technical problems into polished, dependable product experiences — this role is for you.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Arcesium's internal ticketing and client communication platform (Ticket Hub), ensuring it delivers seamless, reliable, and scalable experience for both internal users and our customers.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to evolve and maintain the core ticketing framework — covering email routing, inbound/outbound e-mail processing, ticket lifecycle management, threading, archival and third-party integrations including integration with messaging services.</li> <li>Drive the quality, usability, and consistency of the ticketing experience across all key products —in-Opterra platform.</li> <li>Champion best practices for ticket lifecycle management — covering creation, threading, routing, escalation,
