You will be the second-line owner for production incidents, coordinate releases across technical and delivery teams, integrate new institutional clients, and turn recurring issues into a prioritized improvement roadmap. The role sits at the intersection of technology, trading, and stakeholder service — the person who keeps the trading applications running and brings new clients onto them.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Application &amp; platform stability:</strong> Own the day-to-day running of Crypto Finance's trading applications, ensuring availability, stability, and performance in production. </li></ul><ul><li><strong>Production incident management:</strong> Act as the second-line (L2) owner for production incidents — receiving escalations from first line (relationship managers, operations, trading desk), owning triage and resolution through configuration changes, conducting root cause analysis, and escalating code-level defects to engineering (third line). </li><li><strong>Release management:</strong> Plan and coordinate platform releases with the Cloud team, engineering, and delivery partners — scheduling, change control, pre-release validation, and post-release verification. </li><li><strong>Client integration &amp; onboarding:</strong> Support institutional clients through platform integration and troubleshooting, ensuring each client passes conformance testing certification before going live in production. </li><li><strong>System configuration:</strong> Configure and maintain platform and application settings to meet business and client requirements. </li><li><strong>Ticket &amp; backlog management:</strong> Open, track, and manage tickets for production issues and improvements, and maintain and prioritize the backlog. </li><li><strong>Continuous improvement:</strong> Evaluate platform performance and drive improvements to reliability, speed, and scalability. </li><li><strong>Delivery coordination:</strong> Support the Product Manager on ongoing initiatives and ensure platform upgrades are delivered on time. </li><li> <strong>Stakeholder communication:</strong> Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, trading, operations), institutional clients, and delivery partners to ensure the platform meets business needs and issues are resolved promptly. </li><li><strong>Security &amp; compliance:</strong> Ensure the platform adheres to relevant security, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including DORA. </li><li><strong>Knowledge management:</strong> Maintain comprehensive platform documentation and a current knowledge base.</li></ul>
