So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p></div><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>Join the Monetization Strategy and Operations team as the central <strong>Senior Analyst</strong> responsible for <strong>end-to-end optimization</strong> of our foundational subscription offerings (Foundation and Forever). You will independently <strong>drive operational excellence</strong>, translating complex business strategy into streamlined Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and configurations that are critical for maximizing customer lifetime value. This is a high-impact position within the CFO organization where you will act as the operational lead, collaborating deeply with Product Business Units, IT, and Finance to <strong>accelerate scalable subscription growth and adoption</strong>.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Product Operational Lifecycle Optimization:</strong> Proactively own and optimize the entire Foundation and Forever operational lifecycle, conducting deep analysis on renewal and feature release processes to <strong>design, implement, and govern</strong> data-driven strategies for maximum efficiency and speed.</li> <li><strong>Drive Advanced System Configuration and Integration:</strong> Independently design, configure, and execute new subscription renewal products and operational features within the tech stack, serving as the functional expert for <strong>Salesforce.com (SFDC) CPQ</strong> and relevant billing systems (e.g., Zuora) to ensure seamless, scalable integration.</li> <li><strong>Translate Data into Strategic Influence:</strong> Drive measurable business outcomes by designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated operational dashboards and KPIs, providing <strong>actionable, high-level insights</strong> to leadership and cross-functional teams to directly influence continuous process improvement and automation roadmaps.</li> <li><strong>Act as Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME):</strong> Serve as the definitive operational SME for the Foundation and Forever renewal process and product catalog, proactively collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams to <strong>ensure organizational alignment, resolve critical configuration issues</strong>, and successfully drive adoption of new procedures.</li> &
