About the role
Your mission To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Post Production Manager (360° VR, International) who builds, optimizes, and leads a high-performance 360° VR post-production pipeline for picture and 3D audio – and turns complex productions into reliably excellent deliveries for our partners. Your Role As a Senior Post Production Manager, you are the operational and structural backbone of 360° VR post-production at L1VE. You design, document, and manage a scalable pipeline for picture and spatial audio – internally and with external partners. Your focus is to develop and implement attractive, tailor-made post-production concepts for both existing and future partners. You combine technical understanding, process thinking, and leadership strength. You know what excellent 360° VR post-production means – in image and spatial audio – and turn that into scalable, repeatable workflows that make post-production run like a well-oiled machine. Key Responsibilities Build, document, and continuously optimize the entire 360° VR post-production pipeline at L1VE – from stitching and color grading to 3D audio and final delivery across all relevant formats. Coordinate and lead internal post-production teams as well as external studios, freelancers, and technology partners – with clear briefings, quality standards, and timelines. Own quality assurance for picture and spatial audio (Ambisonics) – ensuring every production meets or exceeds L1VE’s excellence standards. Drive technological advancement in immersive media production: evaluate, test, and – where valuable – implement new tools, workflows, and innovations. Work closely with Content & Creation, Tech, and Platform teams to ensure post-production is seamlessly integrated into the overall production process. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the post-production pipeline early and develop proactive countermeasures – before they become issues. Your profile Experience, Knowledge & Skills Professional experience in post-production, project management, or production management – ideally in VR/360° or immersive media, but this is not a strict requirement: structure, network, and leadership strength matter more. Proven ability to build, lead, and optimize post-production pipelines – both with internal teams and with external studios and freelancers. Solid technical understanding of 360° picture workflows (stitching, color, delivery) and 3D audio (Ambisonics, spatial audio, Dolby Atmos) – you know what to expect and demand from your teams.
