About the role
<p>Hotel near Bergen, Norway is looking for an experienced chef.</p>
<p>Located in the scenic Voss area of Western Norway, the hotel is surrounded by mountains, lakes, waterfalls, and outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and rafting. The hotel offers accommodation, conference facilities, restaurants, a bar, and wellness services. The kitchen focuses on traditional Norwegian cuisine made with local and seasonal ingredients, including seafood, lamb and regional specialties.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>3--5 years of experience as a chef in a hotel or à la carte restaurant</p>
<p>Good understanding of food, hygiene, and HACCP standards</p>
<p>Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment</p>
<p>Good English communication skills</p>
<p>Positive attitude and teamwork skills</p>
<p>In case of a successful working relationship, it may also be possible to work for a longer period.</p>
<p>Accommodation: Staff accommodation near the workplace</p>
<p>Salary: 250 - 270.00 NOK/h</p>
<p>Average working hours is 162.5 / month</p>
