Technical Operational Quality Expert&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Technical link between Operations, R\&amp;D for plant equipment, quality\-related questions and product\-related customer complaints&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Technical support to establish regulatory relevant Omya standards (e.g. Nano, RCS, RMI, trace elements...)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Establish QC standards/processes and promote their implementation across the Group&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Technical contact for Plant Labs. to ensure lab. equipment are aligned and approved according to the Group Standards including software suppliers and interface&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Support sites on Quality Assurance topics for internal alignment with Group Standards&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Identify business needs for new methods and support development (easy, fast, cost\-effective) and roll\-out across the Group (information \&amp; training, definition of standard equipment)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Requirements&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>A university degree in engineering / chemistry or a relevant subject area is a must.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Minimum of 5\-10 years of relevant technical and/or lab service experience. International work experience is beneficial.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent understanding and knowledge of one or multiple Omya\-served marketplaces (i.e., Polymers, Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Food, Pharma, Agriculture, Water \&amp; Air Treatment, etc.)&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Personality with an excellent service and entrepreneurial mindset, having a feeling for providing the right technical and lab service level to ensure and drive customer satisfaction&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Proven effective self\-motivation to drive assigned tasks and to promote collaboration across the organization&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Effective communication skills (oral and writing) with the strong ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds and at all levels&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent project management skills, incl. project documentation&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent analytical skills to interpret data from lab, field, and customer trials&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Strong ability to give recommendations based on lab, field, and customer trial results&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English is required.
