This role will involve leading the design, implementation, and management of SAP HANA solutions focused on OTC to meet complex business requirements.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage SAP HANA OTC consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.</li><li>Analyze client requirements and design solutions leveraging SAP HANA capabilities to optimize OTC processes.</li><li>Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SAP OTC modules, ensuring seamless operation across related systems.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive process improvements and digital transformations.</li><li>Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in SAP OTC and HANA technologies.</li><li>Mentor and lead junior consultants and team members throughout project lifecycles.</li><li>Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.</li></ul>
