This role sits within the Front Office division (Limina), Arcesium’s cloud-native P/OMS for investment managers. You will be a primary support contact for Limina’s global client base of asset managers and hedge funds, working Nordic-region office hours and helping front-office users get the most out of the platform across the pre-trade, trade, and post-trade workflow.</p> <p>This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone equally comfortable in the mechanics of portfolio and order management and in a direct conversation with a portfolio manager. The role is based in our central Stockholm office (hybrid).</p> <h4>What You’ll Do</h4> <ul> <li>Provide expert support across the front-office workflow: portfolio management, order and execution management (OMS), pre- and post-trade compliance, position keeping / IBOR, trade capture, and the data flow into middle/back-office and EDM.</li> <li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for a broad set of asset classes including equities, fixed income, FX, listed and OTC derivatives, and funds.</li> <li>Assess issue criticality, coordinate root-cause analysis with Product and R&amp;D, and drive timely resolution; escalate complex matters appropriately.</li> <li>Partner with Product Management and Forward Deployed teams to onboard new clients and funds smoothly, from implementation through to steady-state operations.</li> <li>Deliver client training and keep training materials and documentation current as the platform evolves.</li> <li>M
