<h3>Help build a world-class global HR function inside an AI-first, high-performance organization</h3><p><strong>Title: Talent Operations &amp; Recruitment Specialist — </strong>Remote · Independent Contractor (Retainer-Based)</p><h3><strong>Location Eligibility &amp; Work Model</strong></h3><p>This is a <strong>fully remote role</strong>.</p><p>We operate across multiple global regions and time zones. This role requires <strong>regular working-hour overlap with teams operating primarily across Asia–Pacific and European time zones</strong>, with flexibility during peak hiring periods.</p><p>Final eligibility is assessed during screening based on time-zone alignment, availability, and legal ability to work as an independent contractor.</p><p></p><p><strong>Engagement type:</strong> Independent Contractor engagement on a monthly retainer basis. Candidates must resonate with our mission of applying precision AI for global impact.<br /></li></ol><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support end-to-end recruitment activities: role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination </li><li> Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication using ATS and AI-enabled tools </li><li> Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with structured checklists and documentation </li><li> Maintain HR systems, contracts, and people records </li><li> Support performance tracking, engagement processes, and operational reporting </li><li> Use AI and automation to improve recruitment and people operations efficiency</li></ul>
