Join Planet and be a part of our mission to change the way people see the world.</p> <p>Planet is a global company with employees working remotely world wide and joining us from offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and The Netherlands.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role:  </strong></p> <p>As a Customer Success Manager for EMEA Civil Government, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a diverse range of public sector entities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This includes national/central governments, regional authorities, local municipalities, and key supranational organizations (e.g., Space agencies, Union bodies, and UN programmes).</p> <p>You will help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring that they can effectively integrate Planet data into their workflows for critical applications such as environmental monitoring, emergency response, land management, maritime surveillance, and sustainable development.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience working with European governments, have a solid ability to navigate highly complex and varied government structures and decision-making processes, procurement cycles, and the ability to integrate relationships across different countries and cultures. The ability to identify and build connections between ministries, directorates, and stakeholders will be key to driving adoption and impact across government initiatives. </p> <p>This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.</p> <p><strong>Impact You’ll Own:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers,
