This role will partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences, evolve our design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design expertise with systems thinking, speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready designs while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Website UI/UX Designer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX design expertise with strategic thinking, speed, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex user experience challenges, building scalable design systems, and using AI-assisted workflows to improve creative execution and o
