Our capabilities include IT Talent Solutions, Data Delivery & Analytics, Cyber Security, Cloud Migration, Applications and Infrastructure, Software Development, and Finance & Accounting.</p> <p> </p></div><p>M9 Solutions is seeking a <strong>Platform Implementation Analyst</strong> to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, <strong>DC.</strong> An active <strong>TS/SCI clearance</strong> is required.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver desk-side and small group training to analysts and operators on client-based data and analytic tools.</li> <li>Facilitate structured in-person or virtual training sessions, incorporating scenario-based exercises.</li> <li>Work alongside end users to observe and document real-world workflows, then convert those insights into practical platform usage patterns, dashboards, and applications.</li> <li>Proactively build relationships with users, identify gaps in current use cases, and propose new ways to leverage the platform for operations and intelligence.</li> <li>Build initial dashboards, searches, and analytic products, and coach users on how to construct their own questions, objects, and workflows in the platform.</li> <li>Provide virtual or onsite implementation support, triage user requests during rollouts, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve configuration and platform issues.</li> <li>Capture and communicate detailed user feedback, pain points, and enhancement ideas to product and engineering stakeholders.</li> <li>Consistently brief stakeholders on user adoption, emerging use cases, and opportunities to expand the impact of the platform.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI security clearance.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn loosely defined problems into structured questions and platform workflows.</li> <li>Technical foundation with working knowledge of tools and languages commonly used with the platforms, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.</li> <li>Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to break down complex analytical or technical concepts into simple, practical steps for end users
