<h3><strong>About ERG Media</strong></h3><p>ERG Media is an independent publishing and creative company operating at the intersection of editorial, design, storytelling, collectible publishing, and cultural strategy.</p><p>Our work includes globally distributed books, editorial platforms, films, merchandise, and bespoke brand collaborations developed alongside some of the world’s most respected companies across luxury, automotive, fashion, hospitality, design, and culture.</p><p>We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to help lead the next phase of ERG Media’s commercial growth through sophisticated, high-value creative partnerships.</p><p>This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who understands how to navigate premium client relationships, develop trust over long sales cycles, and translate ambitious creative ideas into structured commercial agreements.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop and manage strategic B2B partnerships across luxury, automotive, fashion, hospitality, technology, publishing, and cultural sectors</li><li>Build relationships with senior decision makers, marketing executives, creative directors, and brand leadership teams</li><li>Translate abstract creative concepts into structured proposals, scopes of work, and commercial frameworks</li><li>Guide clients through complex, high-touch creative projects from first conversation through execution</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal editorial, design, production, and operations teams</li><li>Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines, budgets, and partnership documentation</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision</li><li>Maintain exceptional attention to detail and communication throughout long-term project cycles</li><li>Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with ERG Media’s positioning and values</li><li>Represent ERG Media externally with professionalism, sophistication, and cultural awareness</li></ul>
