You provide fast, high‑quality first interactions with Klaviyo’s smallest accounts to create a seamless experience from first touch through purchase.</p> <p>This team sits within the Marketing organization as part of the Growth motion and partners closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Customer Success. The <strong>primary goal</strong> of this role is to <strong>acquire as many high‑quality new logos as possible while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.</strong></p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Field inbound demand</strong> (demos, trials, free accounts, and product inquiries) via phone, email, and other channels.</li> <li>Run <strong>consultative, decision‑driven demos</strong> focused on <strong>one‑call closes whenever possible</strong> for smaller opportunities.</li> <li>Do targeted <strong>business discovery</strong> to understand goals, urgency, and fit.</li> <li><strong>Qualify in or out efficiently</strong>, so you know where to double‑down and where to quickly move on.</li> <li><strong>Own and work a high‑velocity pipeline</strong>, using strong prioritization and time management to maximize new logo acquisition.</li> </ul> <p>This role is a proven stepping stone into Account Executive and other closing roles in sales, while also opening doors in
