If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career.</p></div><p>We’re seeking a highly motivated <strong>Product Design manager </strong>to play a key role in leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product designers while driving high-quality design outcomes across one of Gong’s key product areas.</p> <p>If you have a passion for building strong teams, creating innovative products, and solving complex user problems, we want you!</p> <p>This is a Hybrid-based role with 3 days per week in our Dublin office on Dame St.</p> <h3><strong>You will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Designers, supporting their growth and development.<br><br></li> <li>Drive the design vision and user experience for one of Gong’s key product areas, in close partnership with Product and Engineering.<br><br></li> <li>Provide clear direction, feedback, and design critique to ensure high-quality, user-centered solutions.<br><br></li> <li>Guide designers through discovery, ideation, and execution, from early concepts to detailed design.<br><br></li> <li>Act as a design leader and user advocate, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user needs and business goals.<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to shape roadmaps, scope work, and deliver impactful experiences.<br><br></li> <li>Help evolve and uphold UI patterns, design systems, and best practices across the team.<br><br></li> <li>Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and building a strong design culture within the Dublin design team.<br><br></li>
