Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue Marketing, you will be the primary architect of regional growth strategies designed to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in our most critical market.</p> <p>This is not just an event planning role; it is a <strong>revenue-ownership role</strong>. You will bridge the gap between brand awareness and closed-won deals by designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that target our highest-value accounts. If you are a seasoned marketer who thrives on data, loves the "art of the deal," and knows how to build a world-class field experience that converts, you belong here.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Strategic Growth & Pipeline Architecture</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Integrated Campaign Design:</strong> Lead the strategy and execution of high-touch, multi-channel regional campaigns. You won't just run events; you’ll build the pre-event demand gen and post-event conversion paths.</li> <li><strong>Bespoke Field Experiences:</strong> Design and scale high-value "white glove" experiences, from executive dinners and technical workshops to immersive customer summits, specifically engineered to move the needle on late-stage deals.</li> <li><strong>Sales Partnership & Territory Planning:</strong> Act as a strategic consultant to the regional Sales leadership. You will align marketing investment with territory goals to hit aggressive Sales-Ready Lead (SRL) and Marketing Sourced Opportunity targets.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Operational Excellence & Leadership</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Revenue Operations Alignment:</strong> Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to optimize our tech stack (Salesforce, Clay) for better account identification and faster lead follow-up.</li> <li><strong>Budget & ROI Ownership:</strong> Manage a significant regional budget with full accountability.
