Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.</p></div><h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Overview:</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Senior Workday Platform Engineer – Absence (P4) is responsible for owning the design, configuration, and continuous evolution of Workday Absence capabilities as part of SIE’s global People Technology platform.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role serves as a senior technical leader within People Technology Services (PTS), with primary ownership of the Absence domain. The role is accountable for ensuring that absence-related solutions are scalable, precise, and aligned with global business requirements, while also contributing to broader Workday platform design and delivery.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The role works closely with Human Resources partners to translate policy, regulatory requirements, and business processes into scalable, system-driven solutions.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Operating within a globally consistent Agile delivery model, this role balances deep domain expertise with cross-platform contribution.
