If you’re excited to help shape the future of curated commerce at the intersection of technology, culture, and taste, we’d love to meet you.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>As <strong>Senior Manager, Product Research</strong>, you’ll be the dedicated researcher responsible for engaging directly with ShopMy’s user base to understand their needs and pain points. You’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to help shape product strategy and surface actionable insights to elevate both creator, shopper and brand experience on ShopMy.</p> <p>This is an individual contributor role on the Product team. In this role, you will be expected to independently own and lead complex research projects while contributing to broader team initiatives with growing consistency.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and drive the research roadmap in close partnership with Product, Success and Sales</li> <li>Lead end-to-end user research efforts across multiple product areas; from generative discovery to evaluative testing</li> <li>Lead and execute end-to-end UX and usability testing initiative, translating insights into actionable design and product improvements that enhance user experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Incorporate best in class UX principles into research and product development processes, championing user-centered design standards and ensuring a consistent, high quality experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Synthesize and communicate insights in compelling ways that influence product decisions and roadmap prioritization</li> <li>Design, scope and execute studies using a mix of methodologies (e.g., 1:1 interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies)</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Product Support to identify and prioritize key user pain points and user needs
