About the role

<p><strong>The Challenge 🧩</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a collaborative <strong>Brand Strategy & Research Specialist</strong> who excels at uncovering market and consumer insights and translating them into strategic value to support our brand growth.</p> <p>In this role, you will coordinate and analyze brand measurement across all regions, serving as a core pillar for Wallapop's Brand Strategy. If you believe that research doesn't end with delivering data, but rather continues into shaping what comes next, this is the perfect opportunity for you.</p> <p>Depending on the project, you will partner cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing Operations, Creative, UX Research, and Paid Media.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do 👇</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Execute Research:</strong> Develop and oversee both quantitative research (e.g., market research, brand tracking, NPS) and qualitative studies (e.g., focus groups), collaborating with external partners or managing them in-house to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.</li> <li><strong>Synthesize Insights:</strong> Analyze and organize macro data points, communicating them clearly to act as a central hub for identifying new opportunities and solving problems for Wallapop.</li> <li><strong>Shape Strategy:</strong> Support the development of our Brand Strategy by providing key insights and strategic thinking. Act as a direct stakeholder for specific projects—from audience definition to building creative briefings.</li> <li><strong>Empower Teams:</strong> Interpret and present findings to marketing stakeholders, transforming complex data into clear, actionable strategies.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with the UX team on cross-category projects to help create a centralized knowledge base that fuels both the marketing and product teams.</li> <li><strong>Monitor the Market:</strong> Collaborate with the Media team to track and analyze competitor activity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Research Expertise:</strong> Proven experience leading and executing quantitative market research projects end-to-end.</li> <li><strong>Strategic & Analytical Mindset:</strong> Ability to look at data critically, connect disparate data points, and form a clear strategic point of view.</li> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple moving parts and adapt to a dynamic environment.</li> <li><strong>Data Literacy:</strong> Proficiency in using sprea
