Acting as a vital link between global strategy and local execution, you will ensure seamless product flow, operational efficiency and service excellence. Operating within a matrix environment, you will drive alignment with global systems and processes while tailoring execution to meet local market and customer requirements.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the local supply chain function, aligning with global strategies while tailoring execution to market needs. </li><li>Represent supply chain on the Market Unit leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy. </li><li>Implement global policies and planning processes, including S&amp;OP, in collaboration with the Global Supply Chain team. </li><li>Oversee demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory, and minimal waste. </li><li>Manage warehousing, transport, and third-party logistics to ensure efficient and compliant product flow. </li><li>Lead the customer service team to deliver high service levels, manage escalations, and meet fulfilment targets. </li><li>Develop and coach a high-performing team across planning, logistics, and customer services. </li><li>Monitor supply chain performance metrics and budget adherence, taking corrective action as needed. </li><li>Collaborate across functions to ensure plans reflect sourcing, customer, finance, and quality requirements. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement, cost-efficiency, and alignment between global KPIs and local execution. </li></ul>
