You will own and continuously improve key people processes, building solutions that are accurate, efficient, and designed to create a seamless employee experience.</p> <p class="p8i6j01 paragraph">In this role, you will partner closely with HRBPs, Payroll, HR People Technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems, simplify workflows, and strengthen operational excellence. Your work will directly influence how we support employees, manage risk, and build smarter, more scalable HR operations across EMEA.</p> <h3 class="_9k2iva0 p8i6j0c _1ibi0s314 heading3 _9k2iva1"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul class="p8i6j07 p8i6j02"> <li class="p8i6j0a">Own the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of key HR Operations processes across EMEA, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, scalable, and resilient.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Use data, trends, and recurring patterns to identify opportunities early, uncover root causes, and design proactive solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Resolve complex and sensitive HR cases with sound judgment, balancing consistency, policy, business context, and employee needs.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, HR People Technology, and other stakeholders to improve workflows, clarify requirements, and strengthen cross-functional ways of working.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Lead operational projects from discovery through implementation, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, process design, change management, and follow-through on deliverables.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Contribute expertise in Workday and ServiceNow/HRSD to support reporting, process design, system enhancements, testing, and ongoing operational effectiveness.</li> <li class="p8i6j0a">Build clear documentation, frameworks, and operating standards that help the team work more consistently and scale effectively across countries and functions.</li> <li class=&qu
