This is a temporary opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay.</p> <p>If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that takes pride in its community, this could be a great fit.</p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $21.50/hour <strong>|</strong> $22.50/hour if EPA certified (these rates are $1.50/hour higher than a permanent position since this temporary position is NOT eligible for benefits/quarterly bonuses)</li> <li><strong>Stay Bonus:</strong>  3 Bonus opportunities - $100 after each successful completion of 30, 60 and 90 days for staying onboard through the summer!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Maintenance Technician (Make Ready) Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>FULL-TIME:</strong> Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)</li> <li><strong>OPTIONAL</strong> participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team (comes with additional bonus)</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments</li> <li>Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed</li> <li>Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis</li> <li>Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least <strong>1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience</strong></li> <li><strong>No HVAC certification/experience required</strong></li> <li
